Terms of Service
These terms of services are in reference to my commissions. Everything below is necessary to explain the details regarding any commission.It should be noted that if you purchase a commission, you have agreed to my Terms of Service.
1. What I Draw and DON’T DrawCurrently, I draw- Humans/Humanoid (OCs, Fanart)
- Pokemon (It depends on the complexity, open for discussion)
- Animals/Fursonas (Open for Discussion)What I DON’T draw- Gore
- Mechanical Designs
- Fetishes
- NSFWPlease note that I have the right to approve or deny your request. If the request makes me uncomfortable and there is no way to work around it, then I am more likely to decline your request.Photo references of your character are EXTREMELY HELPFUL and can make the commission process fast! Even a simplistic drawing or any reference of some kind will absolutely help the commission process fast as well!Let me know if you want the art to be on a blank white piece or if you want it transparent.
2. PaymentsPaypal and Ko-fi.Through the use of emails, you will be sent a PayPal invoice detailing the commission. Currently, I only accept payment through Ko-fi and may be subject to change in the future. For PayPal payments, I will need your PayPal email.Work on the commission will NOT begin until payment has been successfully sent.Please do not ask for my payment usernames/emails. I will be the one to send you an invoice/request. This allows me to keep track of the list of commissions I need to finish.
3. Refunds and CancellationsOnce a commission has begun, the option to refund will be turned down unless certain circumstances are brought up. If you request a refund during the commission process, it will be halved, NOT in full.Finished commissions will not be refunded under any circumstances. No exceptions.
4. Rights to ArtworkWhen the commission is finished, you now have the right to use the image for personal use only.Both the artist (me) and the client (you) are NOT allowed to reproduce or sell this image for monetary gain. Please seek permission first!However, I can still use the finished commission for display purposes, i.e. portfolio use, commission examples, etc.If you do not want me to post the commission on social media, or if you want to post the commission yourself on social media, simply let me know. If you do post it yourself, be sure to credit me.If there is a signature present on the image (can be marked with “TDR”, “RIN”, "R", or “TWILIDRAGONRIN”) you are not allowed to remove or edit it in any way.You are also not allowed to edit the image in any way shape or form. Please seek permission!My art is NOT allowed to be used for AI.
